"I love it!"
The words every creator wants to hear, especially on Christmas morning.
But it doesn't always work that way. DIY Christmas gift ideas aren't always received in the way we want. However, we can curb that disappointment by working to really personalize a gift for each recipient.

That is on reason I really love having a Cricut Maker cutting machine. Not only can it cut loads of materials but it can personalize any project to make it unique and special.
I mean yes, personalization can be adding someone's name to a bag, pillow or tshirt. But to me, personalizing something means taking the time to look at what THEY enjoy and creating a gift to help them enjoy that more.
Take for example making a Reverse Canvas project. The principles of making a reverse canvas are the same for any size or style. But the SVG cut file you use can be personal for the recipient.
They can be seasonal or geared specifically to a friend or family. I created both of these projects for different friends. Each was personal to them.
You can purchase a pack of 10 blank canvas right off Amazon.
Or this years Christmas gifts for my family. I decided to create some fun family centered Kitchen Sets.
Each set includes a handmade kitchen towel with Grandma's famous sugar cookie recipe applied using Iron-On Vinyl. This is the recipe we've used all our lives for the best Christmas cookies. It has lots of memories and will have special meaning to my siblings.
I love that each kit can be personalized for each family. The monogram can represent each last name and can be applied quickly with Infusible Ink.
Cricut products really make the gift making process so fast.
