Mystical, magical unicorns.
I'm pretty much surrounded by them every day. No, not metaphorically. I am literally surrounded by them because my 7 year old loves them.
We had a unicorn party last year. She's got unicorn clothes, unicorn toys and of course the hot pink unicorn wall light.

So when she suggested a mini unicorn backpack to complete her collection, I had to oblige.
The really inspiration actually came from our local Hobby Lobby store. We went in, she saw a unicorn backpack and HAD to have it.
But no way was I going to spend $5 on a tiny backpack that I could make with $10 in crafting supplies. Wink, wink.
But really, I had all the supplies on hand to make her the tiny unicorn on her dreams.
And since I already put together a cute backpack keychain last summer, I knew I could adapt it to make her unicorn a reality.
And making a free unicorn face svg would be pretty easy and great for lots of projects, not just a cute backpack.
I mean, I could put a unicorn face on notebooks, t-shirts, fun birthday invitations. You know, whatever you want to use a unicorn face for.
Enough talking! Let's get creating with our new unicorn face svg.

I saw this unicorn backpack pattern and thought it was very cute. I would like to make some to donate for charity. But I don’t understand, I clicked on the free backpack pattern. That took me to another page that said grab your pattern and tutorial for $3.95. So when I clicked on that link, it took me to an Etsy sales page!!! This is very deceiving!!!! It’s not the money. If the pattern is not FREE, than take it off of the tutorial page!!
ReplyDeleteIt is free. The link on this page takes you to the tutorial for the pattern. At the end of the post there is a peach colored button for the free pattern that you can get. We do offer it ad free in our Etsy shop as we do with most of our patterns. They are less than $4 typically and that is just a way for people to get the pattern without having to come back or print off pages and pages that include ads. You're welcome to the free pattern here's the link: https://www.sewsimplehome.com/2019/07/diy-backpack-coin-pouch-pattern.html
