You might wonder who the Wuzzles were. They were only on TV for a few short months, but at our house they were AWESOME. All of us kids had our own Wuzzle. Mine was Moosel. My other siblings also had Bumblion, Eleroo, and Butterbear.
In fact, to this day I still have my Moosel. You'll see more of him in the pictures below. I wanted to make sure whatever I made the kids has inspired by and also good for everyday wear. Items that could be worn after this fun challenge.
Baby girl's outfit was inspired by Moosel. He is a cross between a seal and a moose. Immediately I knew I wanted to use the Persimmon Dress from Welcome to the Mouse House.
Used some turquoise and lavender solid cottons. Wanted it to be flowy but easy to wash also.
Love the pleats in the bodice of the Persimmon. Great small details that make it special. I plan to make a long sleeve top to go underneath and then add leggings so she can wear it year round. Make sure to go check out the pattern HERE.
Little man's outfit is the Tinley Tee and the Field Research Pants (read more about the pants HERE). Wanted to get the stripes of the bumblebee but kept the pants solid so it wouldn't be too crazy.
I am not sure how the little man feels. He wanted the shirt off almost as soon as I put it on him. I think we'll just have to hope he starts to enjoy it.
Overall, I love how these all came together. Plus, they kids for the most part love them. How about you? Do you think we were successful?
