Boy Bundle Up Blog Tour

Super duper excited for the Boy #BundleUP. There are some AMAZING patterns in this bundle. I was lucky enough to be able to try out 2 of these great patterns.

The first is EYMM's Zander's Hoodie and Vest. The second is The Scientfic Seamstress Field Research Pants and Shorts.

The Zander's Hoodie is really cool. It has this asymmetrical zipper on the front and the pockets follow that. It is a super unique, modern design.

My little man loves him some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. (Check out his Ninja Turtle Backpack from last year.) I used the Free Ninja Turtle Applique to add to the pocket. If you don't know how to do applique, check out THIS post on applique. Follow the steps and then just stitch down the applique. Just make sure to add the applique before you sew on the pockets or you won't have pockets.

I love Field Research Pants! They have like a million pockets. Perfect for all those rocks, bugs, toys, and treats.

My favorite part are the zippers to make the pants into shorts. I'd love to show you a picture, however, my son refuses to make them into shorts. Apparently they aren't as cool when they are shorts.

But they are great pants for playing in the water!! I will just say right now make sure to go Bundle Up!!!!!! I cannot say it loud enough. These are some of the most amazing patterns from some awesome designers. If you have a boy, these are the patterns for you. You won't regret it and you will love them all!! Grab them all HERE.
