How to Sew Reusable Easter Eggs
Materials Needed
- Felt Egg Sewing Pattern - grab at the end of the post, look for the peach colored button
- Colored Felt
- Embroidery Floss
- Embroidery Needles
- Embroidery Hoop Set
- Cricut Mini Press
Use two colors of felt to cut out the egg bottom and top. Thread 2 strands of Embroidery Floss
through the needle. Place the egg top over the back.

Insert the needle from the back of the fabric, bringing it up at the starting point. Then, reinsert the needle slightly ahead along the edge, leaving a loop of thread behind the needle.
Step 3
Pull the needle through, ensuring the loop catches under the tip to create a neat edge. Repeat along the fabric edge all around the edge of the egg.
