Start the year off right by getting organized. And yes, you do need to organize, even when it comes to sewing.
I usually start with a blank calendar for the year. I'll write in important dates, holidays and birthdays. Then I'll make a list of projects I want to work on this year. I'll narrow it down to one or two each month. Then, pencil them into my calendar.
I said "pencil" my sewing friend. I do not write it in pen. Because we all know it is going to change. I might decide to make some baby gifts in January and they end up done in May. That is OK. However, I find when I write them down, I'm more likely to remember and get them done. Or at least think about them.
Now it is your turn! You can download our free printable monthly sewing calendar and you will be on your way to making your sewing dreams come true. Or at least, thinking about projects you want to get done this year.
