February is usually a month that sneaks up on me. I don't always realize Valentine's Day is here until it is almost to late.
One of the ways I've conquered this is to try and plan some crafts for the first few days of the month to do with my children.
I try really hard to plan fun things for our family for each of the holidays. I love the way it makes my children light up and enjoy each upcoming event.
That is why this valentine stain glass craft is so much fun.
Not only is it SUPER easy, but my kids love to make them each year. And we can keep them up longer than just the month of February just to show we love each other.
Valentine Stain Glass Craft
Materials Needed
- Wax Paper
- Construction Paper
- Tissue Paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Step 1
Cut up the tissue paper into pieces. They don't have to be pretty.
Next, cut out your heart frame. You'll need two, front and back. Glue tissue paper to a piece of wax paper.
Step 2
Place wax paper in between your heart frame. Staple together and then cut the excess off.
Step 3
Now you have your stain glass. Hang it on the window and enjoy the pretty colors.
