So I made 3 of these in different sizes. then I use the smaller one for small bags(such as ones for gift cards, from the pharmacy and the like) one for the standard size, & the bigger one for the larger bags (like the ones that blankets, large items come in) Sort as you fill the sleeve & when you need a special size - you know just where to go PS: I used scrap fabrics in different colors to do this project. You can easily make it larger or smaller depending on the space you are going to be using it in. Hope that helps.Chelsea B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17309051329895882328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6370973977689262335.post-65794516017782121182016-04-02T20:24:03.261-06:002016-04-02T20:24:03.261-06:00Hopefully she will respond and give you her measur...Hopefully she will respond and give you her measurements, but to try and help, I measured my hand towel (which has been laundered) and it is 15.5" wideby 25" long. But the great thing with projects like this you can use any fabric you have...the only thing to watch for with this is to make sure after adding the elastic you can still shove your bags into the opening. I wished for a pattern just like I used to have. Perfect timing! I may use interior design fabric as I don't have any hand towels to sacrifice to this great project.
