Ever feel like you get so many Christmas cards or have so many to send that you can't remember who you sent them to and who you got them from? Well, let's get you organized!!

Holiday Organizing IdeasLast year a good friend of mine gave me one of these. It is a Christmas Card List organizer. How cool is that. Now, naturally I didn't use it like I was suppose to. So today I decided to pull it out and use it.

Look how cool this is!!! It is divided alphabetically. You put in names and addresses. Then all you do is write down what year you sent a card and what years you received cards.

Now I made sure to write all my names in pencil so that I could erase in case addresses change over time. Clever...yes I was thinking about the future.

Now, I know what you are thinking. I don't have one of these great notebooks. What about me?? Don't you worry I've got a great site just for you. Organized Christmas has several very cool lists and charts to help you keep organized during the holidays. Check out their Christmas Card Planner it is so awesome! Just like what I've got, but totally FREE!! Print one page for each letter in the alphabet. Hole punch them and place them in a binder or folder. Now you've got your own card organizing system.

Now place all of your cards in your new notebook. Store it in your Christmas supplies for next year. And you are all ready to go. Make sure not to throw away the envelopes so you can record changed addresses.

Voila, don't you feel so much more organized!! I do!

  1. Great idea to use a planner to keep organized on tracking christmas cards. I love sending them each year. So glad to know others do too! Visiting via 'homework' linkup from over at www.ritewhileucan.com where I post about all things paper and the lost art of letter writing.

I'd love to hear from you!
