Easy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

We LOVE Asian food.  My husband lived in the Philippines for several years and became quite accustomed to eating rice daily.  So rice tends to be the carb in our meals throughout the week.  And with a taste for the Philippines, we enjoy lots of Asian food regularly.

Easy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

One of the dishes I personally love is an easy beef and broccoli stir fry.  This is such a quick weeknight meal and is super low calorie and loaded with yummy vegetables like BROCCOLI!  Even though my husband and children tell me they don't like broccoli, I try to convince them that "little trees" should be their favorite vegetable.  I mean with recipes like this easy beef and broccoli or our yummy Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower, why wouldn't you love broccoli?!

But I will admit, the best part about this meal is that it takes 20-25 minutes to cook.  And if you get your rice started on the stovetop or in your rice cooker, both dishes should be done around the same time!!  You could even make your rice in about 8 minutes using your Instant Pot.  However you choose to make your rice, just make sure you start it before you make your stir fry.  Nothing is worse than forgetting to cook your rice!!

Make that weeknight meal easy with this quick beef and broccoli stir fry recipe
